TOAA is tier 0 because of his feats while Alien X is tier 1 only via statements and the cosmology of Ben 10. "Infinite Dimensions" stated by someone in the Generator Rex canon crossover and Celestialsapiens not being bounded by dimensions that is baseline 1-A. In order for Alien X to be tier 0 then he would he to transcend Tier High 1-A

If you want my thoughts, I disagree as the word "Omnipotence" is a vague term and we don't automatically scale characters to tier 0 just because of that word. MagicCloud is currently in different but is in favor of a "1-A, possibly 0" compromise.

Unfortunately, my fellow Admin MagicCloud6 is on vacation in Florida and won't be back home for another week so this thread will have to wait for now
