Long time overdue but after some more deliberations from MrLuk2000, JShizzle90, and myself we have come to an agreement with a possibly 0 tier. We are also planning on cleaning up all of the Celestialsapien profiles to just "1-A, possibly 0"
Hello. Sorry for my late reply (I got back home from vacation this past Friday and got severely jet lagged that I needed to rest for a few days)
Now for this thread, I am in agreement with MrLuk2000. The term omnipotence is a vauge term and does not automatically mean being Boundless unless they have shown specific feats. While Celestialsapiens are indeed a very powerful race they have shown no feats of them being boundless not to mention the fact that they have many hindrances that prevents them from using their true power such as their personalities and the Multiverse Preservation Act. Unless they show feats of being boundless there aren't enough justifications of them being Tier 0. Any questions or comments that you may have I will answer them tomorrow.
Also until further notice, I will lock this thread.
According to Matt Wayne, Alien X is a singular entity that exists only in the present and not in the past or future. He exists everywhere and only limited to which Ben throughout the Multiverse dials in him first which is by definition Night-Omnipresent.

Passive 2-A Power Null and Fate Hax. GG
Precog pretty much negs all of Hal’s option.

Since this is a rematch. This is an incon
They’re immune to pretty much everything they can dish out. AP is same and resist every single hax they have.
GG wins due to previous reasons. Nothing changed between them. No need to state why
GG wins due to previous reasons. Massive AP Advantage and Passive Plot/Concept hax will erase him from existence.
