Here's my scale (without cosmology)
Tier : 1-A , Possibly tier 0
Attack potency : Outerversal (Celestialsapiens are stated by azmuth to be greatest power in verse so they are above every power and / or force including Omniversal force which continues forever through all cosmic directions/ dimensional axis and all realities/ all parallel dimensions. Forge of creation is Inaccessible due to sheer otherness to time. Celestialsapiens view everything including space beyond as fiction while space beyond has infinite universes each having their own unique laws of physics and spatiotemporality) . Boundless (Celestialsapiens are truely limitless and truely Omnipotent)
For evidences / references of space beyond stuff I said above : Space beyond is multiversal void and contumilla stated that big bang of annihilarg starts spatiotemporality and all universes have unique spatiotemporal characteristics (and Ben's universe is most interesting one) . Paradox also stared that different universes have counterintuitive laws of physics so space beyond contains all possible material compositions/ laws and all possible spatiotemporalies while Celestialsapiens are above it
Use Beyond's explainations above for tier 0 stuff . Making a cosmology page will be even better for explaining these tiers

I am new to this wiki (and it's pretty good for Ben 10 as Ben 10 profiles here are almost perfect and better than any other wiki)
Alien X has "1-A" scaling end on his page but what about speed (due to 1-A scaling end , he should have an "irrelevant speed" end in speed category as outerversal beings get irrelevant automatically)
I will be thankful of this gets changed
