This got positive feedback from bureaucrat of this wiki and locked (I guess it's accepted) so here were requirements I mentioned
Author must be aware that an Omnipotent being is truely limitless and author himself is aware of power of Omnipotence
And
doesn't play on same feild as other characters
Now I am going to prove it for Celestialsapiens
Writers were always aware that an Omnipotent being is all powerful and all powerful being can use any ability (unlimited abilities)

This alone proves him "ALL POWERFUL" but for a backup , we can use this statement that he has unlimited "powers" (unlimited abilities making him all powerful)
Writers were aware that Omnipotence or limitless powers can't be divided
An Omnipotent being has limitless powers . Agregor (after absorbing power of baby Celestialsapien) was stated to be Omnipotent

An Omnipotent being is superior to anything that exist. Celestialsapiens are constantly stated to be "greatest power in the universe"
