Summary
Having been raised in an abusive household when he was young, Neal Emerson began studying magnetism in medical school, believing it could lead to a new breakthrough within medicinal studies at large. After granting himself superpowers over magnetism however, his constant exposure to it gave him a split personality, one that made him become the supervillain Doctor Polaris.
