Summary
Franklin Hall was a scientist who attempted to create a device for teleportation. During an experiment he accidentally overloaded the device, causing it to explode. The explosion binded graviton particles to his own molecules, giving him the ability to control gravity. Upon discovering this, he initially hid his powers but eventually used them to become the supervillain Graviton.
