Itsy Bitsy was a recent character who made her first appearance in Spider-Man/Deadpool #8 of October 2016 as the main antagonist, being a human mutated by Patient Zero after blending the genes of Parker and Wilson, and now being able to take revenge on them as part of a deal with Mephisto.
