Summary
Ulysses Klaue was a Dutch-Belgian scientist who designed a device that could grant sound waves solid mass, but the machine required the rare Vibranium element to work. Determined to obtain the metal he invaded Wakanda with a mercenary gang, and though he managed to kill King T'Chaka Klaue lost his right hand during the battle, forcing him to retreat. Ten years later he launched another attack on Wakanda, though after failing again he placed himself in a sonic converter that transformed him into a being made of living sound.
Now known as Klaw, he used his newfound superpowers to become a frequent troublesome thorn in the side of Black Panther and Wakanda's forces in general.
