Summary
Kobik is the result of a S.H.I.E.L.D. experiment that attempted to use the shards of a fragmented cosmic cube to warp reality to the organization's desires. When the parts of the cube merged together and formed Kobik as a living being, she was shortly afterwards manipulated into believing the ways of Hydra were good by the Red Skull, leading her to become a double agent for both organizations. This lead to her rewriting history to suit Hydra's visions and creating a timeline where Steve Rogers was an agent of Hydra, but after the defeat of the evil Captain America, she was shown the truth and undid all of the changes she had made to reality.
