Summary
Emerging from a shadowy background, the man known as Martin Li was forced to undergo a series of experiments that left him with the power of the extradimensional Darkforce.
Developing the personality of Mr. Negative, he uses his control of both the lightforce and darkforce to expand his criminal empire, even while his kinder dual persona helps the community.
