Summary
Photographic Memory is a person's ability to remember and recall scenes, images, and/or information in perfect detail. Although this ability is often shown in higher intellectuals, it is not only limited to smart people. A person with otherwise average and even potentially below-average intelligence could still possess this specific mental ability.
It should also not be assumed that a high intellectual person automatically has this ability without evidence to back it up, whether it has been stated or explicitly shown.
