Summary
MacDonald Gargan is a former detective hired by J. Jonah Jameson to investigate Peter Parker who was subjected to a painful experiment that gave him superhuman abilities and drove him insane, leading to him becoming Scorpion, one of Spider-Man's many persistent foes.
