Summary
Kenan Kong was an ordinary teenage school bully from Shanghai, China until one day he saved his main victim from the supervillain Blue Condor. This caught attention from China's Ministry of Self-Reliance, which was seeking recruits to create its own version of the American Justice League. He was imbued with Superman's power and became "the new Super-Man of China".
