Summary
Jonathan Ohnn was a research scientist under Kingpin's payroll, tasked with replicating the radiation levels of Cloak and mimicking his powers. One night, Jonathan succeeded and managed to open a dark portal before his eyes. A power outage caused the portal to destabilize, so he crossed it as to not miss the opportunity. However, he was sent to a entirely different dimension from Cloak's, one of darkness and light. He found his way out, but the experience greatly changed his physical appearance. His skin was bleached and the portals adhered to his skin. Realizing his new found powers, he would prove he was more than a lackey and defeat Spider-Man on his own.

Weaknesses: Since they're tied to his body, he can run out of spots if he disperses too much of them.
