I'll start compiling these into 'volumes' in order to make them easier to catalogue and check.

Feat happens in Convergence: Speed Force Vol 1 2. Feat can be found here. I just skimmed the book so I don't knw further context.
For "small moon", I'll use Amalthea, which has a mass of 10^18 kg. He says "half the speed of light" so 0.50c, so 149,900,000 m/s.
The result is 3.32 Yottatons when put into a RelaKE calculator.
