Noticed that there were no sources for 23 solar masses on Rigel. Wikipedia lists Rigels mass as 21 ± 3 Solar Masses. This can mean either 18 or 24 Solar Masses. Since according to Assalt, 21 is the average where plus or minus 3 is the margin of error, I will simply use 21 as the mean.
The Calc
NOTE: Despite Rigel A being a giant, it is not fully convective, and thus will receive a polytrope value of 3, rather than 1.5 for the standard giant and dwarf.
The calculation performs the exact same GBE calc in my other calc (3*(6.67408×10^-11)*((1.989×10^30)*21)^2)/(((6.957×10^8)*78.9)*(5 - 3)) = 3.182e42 joules or 760.516 Tenatons.
